well the angel and mortal game ended on valentines day yesterday!got some pretty presents from weiwen (my angel) and stella (my mortal). hahahah speaking of stella, i was actually really noob in the sense that she found on who i was by my first letter to her . haha, cuz in the letter i accidentally let slip that i had gotten a letter from my angel (cuz at that point in time, weiwen was the only senior to write to someone from my class) haha :( actually cant blame me, because i've never played this game before.
but i think its quite fun, to be able to look forward to recieveing letters (and sweets) each morning.
well for vday i got a wallet, a tie and a showercap (like random,) from stella and weiwen. i bought weiwen a belt and a pair of earrings, and stella 3 pairs of earrings. pretty uncreative, i know. if not for the fact that delphine helped my chose the presents, i think i would have probably gotten them flowers and chocolates.
so on the days leading up to Vday i made very creative letters for stella. am quite impressed myself. first on monday i gave her a bottle of stella artios and a letter. looks like this.
creative right! haha. but curious as to know how i bought the stella artois? well after maths lecture on tuesday i piah-ed to 7-11 only to find out that they did not have the mentioned alchohol. so did several of the shops along bukit timah road. :( my last resort was NTUC at coronation plaza, and fortunately they did carry stella artois. BUT the cashier did not allow me to purchase it, so i had to seek the help of a young man to buy it for me on my behalf. needless to say, he gave me the look, but anything for my angel! haha. then i went back to school, made amendments to the label , stuck my letter in then i left for town with changj lihao delphine and tanting to buy my mortal and angel's present.
then in in my letter i randomly wrote her a poem about a castaway and a treasure. and the next day i gave her this!
omg i think its damn zhai la. it took me quite long to make it actually. first i had to burn the edges of a small piece of sketch paper with a candle (and thus stinking up the whole house). then i dabbed the paper with a wet tea bag to create uneven patches of stained yellow on the paper so that it actually appears ancient. haha and fianally i put the it in a empty glass bottle.
anyway, i drew the map during math tutorial. it's a little messy , cuz i had to keep an eye out for the teacher. haha.. but most importantly, stella managed to read the map and guess where her present was hidden. haha.
obviously stella is very touched, but her present doesnt indicate so .
hahaah just kidding!
