A` girls - Gold, Vanessa Individual Gold with 392, equalising Sara's record.
A` boys - Gold, Melvin Tan Individual Gold with 594, new record & Jun Hong Individual Silver with 584
A` Girls Pistol - Bronze, Ying Xian Individual Silver
aye we could have made a grandslam of the air rifle titles but b boys gold went to RI who won us by 6 points.what a waste.wll for CBoys, they really did a great job.well done there XiangQuan, Daniel, Zong Ning and Gabriel.they were all really unitied right from the start, and Daniel shot very well for his age and considering it was the nations.they really did what we could not last year, getting back the C Division challege trophy.and to daniel for his mean feat, u rock man tho u quite kiam pump smtimes haha.
bboys.we lost to the same ppl this year.Jun Yang shot 586, Li Qian 583, and Johnathan 564.it was a good fight, and they emerged the better team.well there's still next year, so watchout then!haha.
bboys.the entire selection process was a new experience and learning point.and yeah watching frm the sides and wondering whats it going to be in an hour after the comp was fresh too.the sadness i felt at being reserve was new - sure ive been sad before becasue of shooting, but this time it was disappointment that i didnt get a chance to play a more significant role in the nationals.it was a new type of disappointment.
yeah but i think the experience was gd.the entire thing.gave may things more perspective, more angles and shed light into areas.shaded some too.i think i'll look back and smile, maybe those types of smile that you'll have thinking of something bittersweet.yeah but i wont want to repeat it again. :D
A boys and girls broke RJ's 3 year streak.yeah.haha practically the adiv team is made up of national team shooters!haha and the press came today to interview the Adiv.
well after the whole thing we went to coffee shop to eat.last yr was swensens haha.den went back safra to stone and play.i went back into the range.it was empty lke totally with only 3 adult shooters.went talk to coach and she suggested that i train so i went home for dinner first.she said i wont come back.but i did!haha proved her wrong.jingna was there then kenneth came and train at 830.
coach taught me a new technique.need to really train it tho ids very mental and abstract.and i think ive got spore shooting open soon in a week or two.heard that overseas shooters would be competting whoo.
zZzZ suddenly tired now.haha feel happy tho.hwachong won many titles today haha!great nationals great start to the combined air rifle clubs of both the high school side and college side.go hwachong shooting club!
