i suddenly felt very stupid.so went to do somethings that i shld have done long ago.i guess then i was too naive and perhaps excited at the thought/idea that i had simply let it cloud me.come to think of it, i think it did negatively affect things that mattered to me.quite dumb la.and all the crappy talk and words were just bs.k ids now erased and burried in the past.in ashes.so go away.

went training today.very deserted, only got samuel and huijing.and towards 530 i was alone damn scary.esp with mr leong.today`s training got a bit better.grping was smaller. (: coach wang told me to lessen the gap btw my feet.which i did.

k.coach wang has returned to china.overall, i would say that her trip to singapore has definately been very beneficial.for those hu dno she is coach to the olmpic champion.yea.now i realli regret not gng to hangzhou in dec with coach.
coach wang came to teach smallbore and rifle.she taught me some concepts for smallbore which i found to be very useful.her lecture on duli`s fight for the gold medal was very interesting.nono inspiring.hehe.
kk now abt cny.2nd day we went to coach`s house for a gathering.but some people come fer 20min den zao.in fact most of them did.went to benedict's house.but i didnt.hehe.den we watched a world without thieves at her house.the female lead was quite chio la okok am getting out of point.
coach brought coach wang to night safari with yangyang and junhong so the rest if us stoned at her house and watched jingna play internet weiqi.den went gramps house.
oh ya prone monthly shoot on 6th feb.shot 556.hehe coach said was quite gd.and prone was like damn funn la.real ammo.haha.and coach wang's technique was rather gd.den during the comp i shot many 2 shots that looked like one shots so the jury quite pissed but he gave it to me anyway.lol.some ppl screwd up.siewmei damn shen 579.just a few points frm seagames gold.wow.
prone for seagames is relatively easy.586 during last seagames was a gold.i guess the asians are just bad at smallbore.but the europeans can shoot 599 so T____T.
