actualli prone and smallbore are the same haha.i tried it fer the first time today and it was pretty ok.and pain.and tiring.it's much worse than rifle.i did not have a sling so i tried borrowing to no avail.so i just
par (assiewmeisays)on the mat and 练动作 with a spex21 gunn.den coach came and said that my positioning was not bad for starters.i just anyhow 乱乱 lie down on the mat and she say gd. -- dno haha.den at the end of the day she asked me to buy sling.nvm i shall see if im serious abt prone b4 anything.tmr go cck with coach to check tihngs out.i tihnk i will be taking prone up as a serious event.but i hope and think that my pet event will still be 10m air rifle men.unless im superb-born-to-shoot-prone person den mebbe i'll consider puting prone as higher piority den rifle.if not i guess i'll just treat it in a 70-30 way as many ppl do it.and air rifle must still improve la.now come to tihnk of it, ids gna be hard.my AR hasnt been improving quickly even though ive spent much time in it.so if i put some time into prone my AR may improve slower.or mebbe the rest will make it improve faster.dno.another situation is that i rock at prone so i'll just spend even more time at it and less at AR.see how la.haha

today coach changed my left hand to knuckle method.havent got used to it yet.has some advantages and disadvantages too.see how.the knuckle method seems very popular.and many pros use it.haha.gd thing is that it can help but reduce the hip action cuz my leftsupport is longer.den liddat by back can produce the 'S' shape and can relax left support and can do cheek better.haha ji chaineffect.
